<p><b>Neue Seite</b></p><div>Unter <section begin=abk /><u>M</u>ulti-<u>U</u>ser-<u>M</u>ultiple <u>I</u>nput <u>M</u>ultiple <u>O</u>utput<section end=abk /> (MU-[[MIMO]]) versteht man die Möglichkeit, durch geeignete, schmal ausgebildete Antennenbeams mehreren Endgeräten, die sich ausreichend räumlich getrennt zu einander aufhalten, die gleichen physikalischen Ressourcen zur Verfügung zu stellen, da sich aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Abstrahl- bzw. Empfangsrichtungen der einzelnen Funksignale keine nennenswerten Störungen untereinander ergeben. MU-MIMO ermöglicht also die gleichzeitige Übertragung der gleichen spektralen Ressourcen in verschiedene räumliche Richtungen und vergrößert somit die spektrale Effizienz einer Übertragung.<br />
