The adult Reference Person combined with the reference biokinetic and dosimetric models and their parameter values, as defined in ICRP’s Occupational Intakes of Radionuclides (OIR) report series for the Reference Worker (systemic biokinetic models, Human Respiratory Tract Model, Human Alimentary Tract Model, and dosimetric models). The structure and parameter values of biokinetic models of the Reference Worker are invariant on the sex, age, race, and other individual-specific characteristics, and are based on the Reference Male parameter values where sex-specific models are available.
